Pavilion Hotel

This time of year the island was secluded, which was ideal for me. A few visitors off of the cruise ships for a few hours. Then the island is yours. I had an excellent 360 experience at the hotel, everything was on point. I even built a relationship with the workers so you know the customer service is good. Lupe was great in particular, anything we needed, he was there.that’s my guy. Also Julie at the front desk was awesomely amazing. she made our experience unforgettable. we went out for lunch and came back to our room with champagne and chocolate for our special day. I wish I could remember the cleaning ladies name. She was real cool too.the location was Pristine. TY😊😌

I appreciated that the room at the hotel was a decent size and well-maintained. However, I encountered some issues during my stay. The room's proximity to the lobby/garden area made it quite noisy during the day. Many reviews highlighted the hotel's great location, but I found it similar to all other hotels in the vicinity. I didn't see anything particularly special about the location. The breakfast experience didn't match the photos posted online, which seemed outdated and pre-COVID. During my stay, the offerings were limited to muffins, coffee, and tea. One aspect that disappointed me was the restrictive credit offered by the hotel. Due to the late check-in time (4 pm) and early beach closure (5 pm), it was difficult to use the credit effectively. It would have been better if it could be used at more suitable times or in a broader range of places. Considering the price I paid, I didn't feel that the overall experience was worth it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the best hotel during my visit to this stunning island, and it exceeded all my expectations in every aspect! First and foremost, I must add a special shout-out to the cute and friendly Jacob at the front desk! He truly made my stay at this amazing hotel even more special. Not only was he efficient and professional in his role, but he also went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. I felt at ease knowing that the staff prioritized cleanliness and hygiene, especially during these times. The happy hour snacks were a delightful surprise! The hotel offered a wide variety of delicious treats and beverages that perfectly complemented the relaxing atmosphere. It was a great way to unwind and mingle with other guests while enjoying the island vibes. The friendly staff truly made my stay memorable. From the moment I checked in to the day I left, they were attentive, accommodating, and always had a warm smile ready. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining spots were invaluable and made my visit even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was an absolute gem. Being right on the main street meant that I was conveniently close to all the attractions and shops on the island. No other hotel came close in terms of accessibility to the island's beauty and excitement. Speaking of beauty, the hotel itself was one of the prettiest places I've ever visited. The well-manicured gardens, the picturesque pool area, and the breathtaking views added to the overall charm of the hotel. I found myself taking countless photos to capture the essence of this paradise-like retreat. In conclusion, I can't praise this hotel enough. From cleanliness to happy hour snacks to the friendly staff and its picture-perfect location, it's the epitome of an ideal vacation spot. If you're looking for a memorable and delightful experience, this is the place to be. I can't wait to return and create even more wonderful memories at this incredible hotel!

The room was a little on the small side. I would have liked to have 2 comfortable chairs to sit in, instead of only 1. The valet lost our luggage between the boat to the hotel. Therefore, I would suggest you keep your bags with you. Don't use the luggage service from the ferry. But the patio area and location of the hotel are superior!

We had a mini-vacation on the island for 4 days and stayed at the Pavilion-could not have had a better place to stay! Staff (especially Autumn) was very helpful and accommodating, rooms were great, location was superior. The continental free breakfast in the a.m. and the wine and cheese vouchers for the p.m. were a nice touch. Gardens were fantastic-should be shown!
